Ters Köşe, which has made its mark in the culinary world by presenting traditional flavors with unusual interpretations, is now welcoming guests at Terminal Kadıköy, Istanbul's new gastronomic hub.


The brand, which previously attracted attention with its branches at Ankara İncek Loft and Bodrum Loft, brings a refreshing new energy to the area with its distinctive menu prepared with seafood, creative concept, and atmosphere full of surprises at its new Kadıköy location.

Ters Köşe carries this 'unexpected' effect, which gives the establishment its name, into every detail of its cuisine. The restaurant reinterprets Turkey's classic flavors such as lahmacun, mantı, and köfte, this time with seafood. Unconventional dishes such as lahmacun prepared with calamari instead of ground meat, mantı made with shrimp, and Adana kebab interpreted with fish reveal Ters Köşe's culinary vision: "Everything that can be made with meat can also be made with fish."
